Joyce L. Morrison
Vice President, Intellectual Property
Ms. Morrison is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's intellectual property. She brings significant intellectual property experience to the company ranging from strategic portfolio development and management to extensive transactional experience. She previously served as Chief Counsel, Intellectual Property at Hercules Incorporated and as Managing Counsel, Intellectual Property at BASF Corporation. Ms. Morrison received a B.S. in Chemistry from Grove City College and her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.
