To date, our PDA® suite of technologies has resulted in the engineering of:

  • several antibody candidates that have improved potency, including XmAb®2513, which is being studied in a Phase I clinical trial, and XmAb®5574 and XmAb®5485
  • a novel therapeutic protein, XPro™1595, that inhibits TNF
  • protein therapeutic variants that partner Eli Lilly has licensed to enable development of a promising drug candidate
  • a comprehensive suite of optimized Fc domain compositions of matter that drives antibody partnerships with major biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies
  • a broad and constantly growing patent estate in biotherapeutics
