Achievements of PDA^® Technology

To date, our Protein Design Automation® suite of technologies has resulted in:

• Several clinical stage candidates that have improved potency by incorporating our XmAb high ADCC technology, including XmAb®2513 and XmAb®5574 (MOR208), and XmAb®5592, which is advancing in preclinical development
• Multiple preclinical compounds including XmAb®5871 and XmAb®7195 that are based on our novel immuno-modulation technology, XmAb γRIIb
• A broad preclinical pipeline of biosuperiors of blockbuster antibodies that have increased half-life by incorporating our XmAb® Xtend™ technology
• A novel therapeutic protein, XPro®1595, that inhibits TNF
• Several of our pharmaceutical partners, including Pfizer and Boehringer Ingelheim, have optimized antibodies using our technology that are now in clinical trials
• A broad and constantly growing patent estate in biotherapeutics
