XmAb®5871

XmAb®5871 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the antigens CD19 and CD32b for the treatment of autoimmune diseases using a uniquely selective dual-targeting mechanism for B-cell inhibition. This novel therapeutic combines a high-affinity CD19-binding variable domain with a Xencor XmAb® Fc domain that selectively engages the inhibitory CD32b receptor.
