XmAb^®5871

XmAb®5871 is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the antigen CD19 and co-engages CD32b (FcγRIIb) for the treatment of autoimmune diseases using a uniquely selective dual-targeting mechanism for B cell inhibition. This novel therapeutic combines a high-affinity CD19-binding variable domain for localization to B cells with a Xencor XmAb® γRIIb Fc domain that selectively engages the inhibitory CD32b receptor for potent suppression of B-cell activity. It is currently in late stage preclinical development.
